How to Create Your Reality with Your Thoughts


Your thoughts are powerful. Your thoughts are what determines how you feel every moment of the day.


My family and I live and breathe the idea that we as individuals create our reality. It has become one of our beliefs and a strong component of our value system. When my husband and I started this process, we worked hard to embed it into our lives. We had (and still have) visual reminders throughout our home (signs on walls about the importance of gratitude, kindness and self-love) and now when we have a moment when we’re not in alignment it takes only a few moments to shift back into alignment.


Our journey started with watching the movie ‘The Secret’ if you haven’t already seen this or read the book I highly recommend you do. We combined this with regular meditation, delving and studying teachings from wonderful teachers like Oprah Winfrey, Deepak Chopra and Wayne Dyer. It literally transformed our lives.
